There was so much love at this wedding! Mimi and Jim, along with their friends and family, put in a lot of time and energy to make their wedding exactly how they wanted it: relaxed, beautiful, warm with every detail thought of. Martha Stewart would be proud. I have known Mimi and her family for years, so it was a real treat to photograph her wedding. They were up for anything when it came to the photos and had props on hand to get the inspiration flowing! I always encourage couples to have fun and be themselves at their wedding and in the photos and these two nailed it. One of the highlights was having the Obamas stop by the reception to greet everyone! It turns out Michelle is one hell of a dancer.
