Janine & Dave : Married!

Janine and Dave are a wonderful and very genuine couple. When I talked with Janine on the phone the first time, she said they wanted to have a cocktail party, invite all their friends, and get married in the middle of it. I loved her laid back attitude from the beginning. Dave is from Australia and they met through working together for the government. I flew out to Washington DC to photograph their elegant yet casual wedding. During the ceremony, the officiant talked about Janine and Dave's "tribe" who joined them that day. I love that and say it often myself. He also said that they had a strong commitment already and didn't HAVE to have a large wedding, but chose to so they could share their love with everyone in their lives. I was honored to be part of this wedding that was so full of love, humor, grace and great food! Congrats to you both!

Eleni : 2 years

This little girl was SO cute! We played at Minnehaha Falls together for her 2 year session. I met her a year ago and it's so much fun to see how she has changed! We found a caterpillar on my camera that she was fascinated by...after awhile she was finding them on the trees and saying "caterrrpllir"- it was too cute for words! I can't wait to meet the next addition to this family!

Minnesota Wedding Photographer : Andrea & Ryan, Engaged!

I had such a wonderful time with these two at Amore Victoria Restaurant and Lake Calhoun for their engagement session. My goal is to make engagement sessions personal, fun and genuine. These two made it easy on me with their natural chemistry and their ease together. Combine that with the gorgeous early evening light and...wow. Engagement sessions are a chance for a couple to get to know the photographer and feel more comfortable in front of the camera AND get gorgeous photos. I highly recommend it to every client I work with. I cannot wait to photograph Andrea and Ryan's wedding this summer!
